we will provide you with a refund/exchange on a full priced item where;

all items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
you notify us of the return/exchange within 7 days of receipt
the original invoice is provided
the items are faulty
your items are different to the goods you ordered

we do NOT refund on;

sale items
jewellery, swimwear, intimates (slips/tanks) or eyewear
original shipping fees


all orders once processed & payment received will be sent by express/registered post
please allow 3 – 7 working days for goods to arrive
please allow $10 for postage
all orders over $300 are shipped free of charge
please note larger items will be charged by cubic weight and may incur extra postage fees

how to return;

please fill out the return/exchange form provided with your purchase and send to the address below, returns will not be accepted without the appropriate paperwork
return shipping must be prepaid & traceable via express post/registered post to ensure a safe and documented delivery
bramhall and miles takes no responsibility for incoming missing returns
